These terms cover the current VELVET.AI web experience while the product is in early launch. They should be replaced with lawyer-reviewed terms before full paid operation.
Adult access
VELVET.AI is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their location if higher.
By using the site, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access adult-oriented AI image-to-video tools.
Prototype status
The current website is a high-fidelity product demo. Login, credit delivery, generation, and library persistence may be simulated until production services are connected.
Temporary personal payment links may be used during early launch. Any paid delivery terms must be stated clearly on the payment page or by the site operator.
User responsibility
Do not upload, request, publish, or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, or real people without appropriate rights and consent.
You are responsible for the images, prompts, and outputs you choose to use or share.
Changes
These launch terms may change as the production backend, payment system, moderation process, and generation provider are added.
