VELVET.AI is an adults-only AI image-to-video product. The service must not be used for illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive content.
Not allowed
Minors or anyone who appears to be under 18.
Non-consensual sexual imagery, deepfake abuse, harassment, blackmail, humiliation, or doxxing.
Real-person likeness without the rights and consent required for the intended use.
Incest, bestiality, sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, or illegal sexual content.
Attempts to bypass safety filters, age checks, moderation, payment rules, or platform restrictions.
Required consent
If content involves a real person's likeness, you must have the legal right and verified consent to use that likeness.
Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to the intended transformation, generation, and distribution.
Moderation
Production systems should be able to reject uploads, block generation, remove works, refund or withhold credits, suspend accounts, and preserve records for abuse investigation.
